You can schedule an individual, children, couples, or family therapy appointment by using our online appointment booking system. You can simply click into one of the available time slots below.  You shall receive a reminder email after the booking is made.  If this is your first appointment at our office, our administrator will review the referral and contact you by phone for more details about your needs.  If you do not receive any email or phone reminder about your appointment at all, your appointment booking may not be secured.  Please contact our office if you have any queries about your appointment.

Please note that after having booked an appointment online, you need to either email or contact our office to cancel the appointment. Or you can cancel the appointment in the reminder email sent to you. 

Typically, Phoebe provides telehealth appointments on Monday &Thursday , in-person appointments on Friday at our Burnaby office and in-person appointments on Saturday am at our Vancouver office.  

Rosamond works on both Wednesday am & Saturday pm at the Vancouver office.  

If you are a new client, please first email to [email protected] or call us at 778-960-0928 to make sure our clinicians have capacity to take new clients.
