Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative process between you and one of our experienced therapists.  Through this process, the issues that bring you to counselling will be explored and your experience of the issues will be processed.  Our therapists can help you identify the areas for change and define goals you seek to accomplish.  This is a process to access the strength and resources within you that can bring forth growth beyond the negative patterns from the past, then empowered to lead a more satisfying life.
